JR was great to work with for a renovation project that had a little bit of everything (cabinet painting, refinishing woodwork and trim throughout, tile backsplash, some carpentry, installation of hardware and hinges on cabinets and interior doors, swapping out light fixtures and faucets, etc). His communication was excellent. He gave me progress updates frequently and was very easy to chat with throughout the process. He was flexible as things came up during the project and was willing to trouble shoot unexpected items to get the job done right. He also made great suggestions for getting a new/updated feel at an affordable cost which really helped the look of the finished renovation.

The qualities we desired in a professional painter include dependability, good communication skills, and the use of quality products. JR brought these and more to the job. He spent considerable time in consultation prior to providing us with a clear breakdown of costs, including materials and labor. We were sent a detailed and transparent estimate the same day.
We were particularly pleased with the manner in which our home was prepped, as lights and speakers as well as downspouts were removed rather than masked. Another plus is JR’s color knowledge that he shared.
